At this time, My Messy Monkeys ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does My Messy Monkeys ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. We ship through the USPS system. Please allow 7 - 10 days for you order and 14 days for orders with monogrammed items.

My Messy Monkeys reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. You must notify us by email within 7 days if you need to exchange an item. All sales will be final on monogrammed items and hand painted items. Sorry but My Messy Monkeys does not offer refunds.
